After reading an article about no frills therapy for men, I think this is a fantastic idea.
My husband is part of a Beer Club with other dads from school. Every month they catch up to try new beer & chat. The photo above was taken at the northern most tip of Australia. We travelled to Cape York in 2018 with a group of friends.
The men’s Group in this article base each meeting around five questions:
1. How’s your week been?
2. Name one positive thing that has happened to you this week.
3.Anything to get off your chest?
4. What’s your goal between now and next week?
5. Tell us about someone you appreciate in your life and why?
They want to help the men see their lives in a better light. How would you answer these questions?
