I am presenting at the AVA Pan Pacific Veterinary Conference in Brisbane in May.
I will be presenting on ‘Understanding Clients to Improve Compliance’ on Wednesday 27th May at 10:30am.
There are various reasons why clients don’t follow your recommendations.
Clients may not book essential health checks, give or finish prescribed medication, make a revisit appointment or book in an advised procedure. A reduced compliance rate affects how busy your practice is and will decrease your turnover.
Clients are exposed to a significant amount of information about their pets health which they can find confusing, conflicting and overwhelming. Unfortunately, with advice from the breeder, groomer, pet shop and the internet, clients may not consider the veterinarian as the authority anymore.
In this session you will learn the 7 reasons why clients don’t follow your recommendations, how to identify when this is occurring and how to tailor your communication to address this.
You will also learn what your practice needs to do to be considered the trusted expert so that clients call your practice first when they need advice.
If you are attending the conference, make sure you come and say Hello!
